All Kawaii-Land packages within USA are shipped Standard First-Class USPS with a tracking #. PLEASE NOTE: First-Class International USPS packages will take longer to arrive, because of custom checkpoint clearance and other various condition out of our control. Internationl package shipped via USPS First Class does not have a tracking #. To receive a tracking # for internationl shipments, please select the priority or express shipping method.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Standard First-Class USPS and drop-off without signature. Tracking Number is not available for Standrad First-Clss USPS shipments.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

 

Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable, we will either email to inform you or we may also upgrade to a similar item or one of a higher value. You will not be liable for return costs should this option not be suitable.

 

In order that you receive updates and any important information we would recommend that you add shop@kawaii-land.com to your "friends" and/or "contacts" address list. If you do not do this there is a chance your spam filter will catch our mails and you will not get important information on your order.

 

As we have no control over our customers’ monitor settings (colors, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colors will be exactly as they appear on our website.

 

You need to notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order about any discrepancies in your order, or if you receive an item that is broken. After 7 days, all sales are final with no exception.

 

 

 

If you withdraw from your purchase within 7 days of receipt we will issue a full refund after we have received and examined the product(s). Note that you are responsible for the return postage.
All sales are final after 7 days of receipt.

 

 

If you require a different product or an exchange you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable for exchanges and that additional postage will apply.

Note: Returns are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We recommend you use a recorded service that requires our signature upon receipt and always include your order number!

Make sure your check can not been seen through the envelope. Kawaii-Land is not responsible for lost or stolen cash during the mailing process.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN CASH DURING TRANSIT.

Make sure your cash is carefully concealed and cannot be seen through the envelope.
